An electronic rental agreement will be sent a few days before the traveler arrives.

To access the accommodation, the lease must be signed otherwise access will not be authorized.

We ask travelers concerned by the reservation, to send their identity documents (front and back).

Without sending the identity document, access to the apartment will not be authorized.

In order to finalize your booking and for security reasons, we ask the traveller to:

- provide a valid phone number

- provide identification

- sign an electronic rental contract that includes the terms of your booking

- pay a security deposit

For long bookings (more than 15 days) a cleaning service will be carried out all 15 days.

This service is mandatory.

In accordance with the city’s regulations, foreign travelers will be asked to fill out a form inside the accommodation.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.

A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment by bank transfer is required before arrival.
